Langano and pregnancy

We made a visit to Langano this weekend.  We took down our kayak,
Christmas decorations, and some garage type shelving- won't be needing
those things in Addis anymore!  We have gotten approval to move back
into my old house- we are so happy about that!  We put some stuff in
our storeroom there.  Being back in the house, with its smell and
feel, brought back all the feelings of last year- anticipation of
being married to Brian, and sensing how nice and clean cut our lives
would be once we are in the same place, so this weekend I looked at
Brian and said:  we're there!  We made it through that long distance
engagement and don't have to worry about separate places to sleep at
night, etc., and I get to keep you!  We are a happy couple.

Allyson did an ultrasound on Sunday morning before we drove back:  the
Langano clinic has a little laptop style ultrasound machine.  We were
amazed!!  (18 weeks).  The little baby was stretching [their] legs and
turned and look at us- wow!!  Brian kept saying he can't believe it is
a little human in there!  When the baby was moving around I kept
straining to see if I could feel it- no chance!  It was so fun.
